Kera's Story
Kera is the Director of Kera's Plan Management and has been a disability support worker for around 10 years, with experience in aged care and childcare before that. She has always worked in the caring industry in one way or another.
About 6 years ago, Kera was looking for a change and worked for the NDIS as it was rolling out in Victoria. She worked in many different departments, gaining extensive experience across the NDIS system.
The reason Kera started Kera's Plan Management is due to her very extensive experience in the NDIS Provider Department. She wanted to help NDIS Participants in Wonthaggi, Pakenham, and across Australia more directly than what she could do working for such a large company.
Kera's goal is to make it easier for NDIS Participants and their families during what can be a big and sometimes very stressful and confusing journey. She believes this should be a happy and helpful time.
